The
Samaritans Garden. A garden for the RHS Hampton Court
Palace Flower show, in collaboration with fellow garden designer
Wendy Allen.
Curvy
garden. Challenging because the boundaries formed a very
irregular shape. The keen gardeners wanted lots of space for
planting as well as generous areas for entertaining.
Small
is beautiful garden. The young professional owner of this
garden wanted a peaceful retreat to potter, sip a glass of
wine and relax after a busy day.
Classic
cottage garden. Set on a hillside and attached to a Victorian
cottage, this garden is a plantsman's paradise.
Country
house herbaceous border. This large border just wasn't
'working'. By introducing structure, texture and extending
the season of interest it now more than earns its place in
the garden.
Garden
on a shoestring. The young owners of this very small garden
were keen to undertake the build themselves, using many existing
materials to keep costs down.
